Phoebe

Phoebe is a beautiful girl with cerebral palsy. She is aware and responsive to the world around her—she turns toward familiar sounds, smiles when she hears her name, and delights in the voices of people nearby. Phoebe uses a wheelchair and is lovingly assisted by a caretaker for feeding and daily needs. She has a wonderfully smiley spirit and especially loves snuggles and close, affectionate connection. With the right family, Phoebe would thrive surrounded by patience, tenderness, and love.
