Conner is sociable, inquisitive, and friendly. As he grows up, he strives to be more responsible. He likes playing soccer, watches soccer games with interest; he enjoys coloring and playing computer games. His value system is well-established as he can tell the difference between good and bad. He knows he should respect both other children and adults. He has friends. Conner is emotional and sensitive. He looks for support of social workers whenever he feels the need to. During the 2012/2013 school year he completed seventh grade in an elementary school. A resource teacher was additionally working with him. He has good hygiene for this age. He tries to keep his clothes clean. He keeps his room clear and in order, but sometimes needs to be reminded of that. He eagerly participates in organized activities. He is very responsible when participating in ongoing group activities focused on social skills development. The child’s behavior is normal; he is sociable.
In December 2003 Conner was diagnosed with: Hodgkin’s disease. Six courses of chemotherapy were performed, with documented full remission.
Conner wants to be adopted and live in a family where he will be surrounded with love and attention.
