ALLISON for the Wolfenbarger family — OH

Jenni and Eric knew early on in their marriage that they wanted to grow their family by adopting an orphaned child. Their desire was to have a large family and in 2010, they began the process of adoption of a brother and sister ages 7 and 4. The entire family welcomed their new son and daughter with open arms when they arrived on Valentine’s Day 2012. During the adoption process, the Wolfenbargers developed a deep love for Africa and they felt that they would gladly adopt again. Due to Jenni’s professional experience with children with special needs, they were open to children with various medical conditions.
When Jenni and Eric learned of a little girl with cerebral palsy who was in need of adoption, they knew she was the perfect addition to their family. She was featured on Reece’s Rainbow and Jenni was familiar with the organization for their advocacy for children with special needs. The Wolfenbargers are excited to begin another adoption journey and witness the transformation that happens when a child joins a loving family.
