Tyler and Jamie Ashton are happy to announce that they are adopting Valentin! They are the parents to five children, two in heaven, one biological son who is 3, one son adopted from China with Spina Bifida who is also 3, and a daughter adopted from China with Cerebral Palsy who is 2. They always tell everyone “We adopt because God, through Jesus, adopted us first.” Years ago they committed to stay open to whatever child God calls them to bring home. Having just brought their daughter home from China in October, they were not expecting to adopt again. However, they were so heartbroken and moved by Valentin’s story on a blog that after a lot of prayer they felt confidant God was calling them to be his family. Made in God’s imagine, they know the value of his life and have started the process to bring him home! All adoptions are urgent but for Valentin many have witnessed his deterioration and regression in the past year and he will soon be transferred to a mental institution. The time to rescue this boy is now! Having already paid for two adoptions in two years, the Ashton’s are trusting God to provide, through the kind financial support of others, to pay for the expenses associated with his adoption.
