ROSA for the Foster family — OK

Justine Foster has always had a heart for orphans.  When she got married in 1998 she and her husband Michael planned on having a large family which would include both birth children and adopted children.  Justine was pregnant with their second child when Michael died quite suddenly in 2003.  When he died, Justine thought that her dream of a large family had died too, but God had other plans.  After going through her own grief process and finally becoming truly content with the two wonderful children God had blessed her with, God showed Justine that He wasn’t finished building her family.  In January 2010 Justine traveled to Hong Kong to adopt a nine-year-old boy with Down syndrome.  Even while in process with her recent adoption, Justine knew that she would be adding more children to the family.  In 2011, Justine became a licensed foster parent and learned what she had suspected all along:  she loves being the mom of 4, 5, and even 6 children.  Justine really thought that her next child would come through the USA foster care system, but God surprised her again and led her straight to Rosa.  Justine and all three of her children are excited about this new adventure and are so looking forward to having this sweet little one come home.
