What a little muffin!  Love that little pouf of hair.   Precious Ruth has Down syndrome, but is also listed with a possible chromosome deletion.  She has a congenital hip deformity (perhaps dysplasia?), and a heart condition (pulmonary valve stenosis).  She’s also listed as having malnutrition.

 

All these conditions can’t help but contribute to her teeny size; she would greatly benefit from a family as soon as possible.

 

Married couples only.  Older parents and large families welcome.  Travel required.
