Caretaker Information: From the time that Michelle was born until September 2010, she resided in a hospital nursery due to premature birth. She is now in the orphanage home. 

Health Condition: Michelle was born prematurely at 32 weeks gestation. Michelle has been diagnosed with Down Syndrome and congenital right finger hypoplasia. She has only one knuckle on her index, middle, and ring finger of her right hand and two knuckles on her pinky finger. Michelle has a history of Patent Dusctus Arteriosus, focal seizure, and bronchostenosis.
