Sweet little Melody is is in urgent need of an adoptive family.

Diagnosis: Down syndrome

UPDATE Feb 2012:  Melody was blessed to have heart surgery in her country, so she is doing much better now and PH down!

From her medical records: Down syndrome, trisomy 21. Congenital heart disease: a full AV Canal, balanced form, VSD, LLC, the valve failure atrioventricular II-III.   High pulmonary hypertension.

Melody can be adopted with Turner!
