Torin is an outgoing, smiley, and curious little boy who likes when his caretaker cuddles and talks to him. Torin has made a lot of gains since he came into care. At the time his file was prepared, he could roll over and sit with assistance. When a toy is put in front of him, Torin is able to stretch his hand to touch it, grab it, and shake it. He loves moving along to the rhythm of the music. When his caretaker is chatting with him, Torin will gaze at her firmly with both eyes and laugh to respond, as if he can understand the words said to him. Torin also has adorable dimples when he smiles and laughs! Torin was born with Down syndrome and congenital heart defects- ASD, VSD, and PDA. In June of 2018, Torin had surgery to repair his VSD and ASD, along with ligation of PDA. It is our hope that Torin finds his family as soon as possible so they don’t miss out on much more!
There is a $1,000 agency grant with his current adoption agency.
