Samuel is outgoing and active and he likes to make new friends. He is well behaved. He has the typical delays of a child with Down syndrome, but is otherwise healthy. He’s similar to other typical kids in gross motor skills: He can walk, run, jump, and climb up/down stairs. He can draw/scribble on paper, pick up thing things with his fingers, and put on/take off shoes, etc. He is close to his caretakers. He knows to care for others. When he is frightened, he goes to his caretakers for hugs. His speech is just starting to develop. Samuel enjoys playing with others — he likes playing ball, and musical toys.
Samuel’s current adoption agency has a $1000 grant for his adoption.
