Lorne is a quiet, observant little boy who preferred to stay on his caregivers lap rather than play with us, but once we got the little music toy out he was much more willing to come to us. Lorne wasn’t quite walking when we (agency staff) saw him in October, but he took steps if you held his little hands. He follows simple commands and loves toys that make sounds.
