Lionel is a sweet boy, with Down Syndrome and a heart condition (TOF). He is a strong and courageous fighter – a little miracle! Lionel had surgery to repair his Tetralogy of Fallot when he was 10 months old, and has recovered well! Lionel lives in a small group home, and is making great progress.
