Legend is a great little boy who loves to listen to sounds and music! He is drawn to toys with sounds and exciting noises and will give you the biggest smile when he has one! Legend is shy but active and is able to crawl on his hands and knees. Legend has cerebral dysplasia but he’s not letting that get him down! Legend will continue to grow and thrive in his forever home!
