Boy, Age: 13
Strabismus, speech delays, possible mild hydrocephalus
Listed: Sep 2015
Keegan is a handsome, and active boy who is 5 years old. He came into care when he was 2 years old, unable to walk or talk. He soon began walking, but his speech was limited to “yiyi yaya”. By the time he turned 4 years old, he was talking, but adults were not able to understand what he said. Keegan has strabismus (crossed eyes), and has difficulty seeing things up close. He needs an eye exam, and possibly glasses to correct the strabismus and any vision issue. A CT scan showed possible mild hydrocephalus, which has not required any treatment at this time. Keegan is very friendly, active, and an easy going little boy. He gets along well with other kids and really loves to play outside! Keegan needs a family, correction for his vision issue, and help with his speech. Oh…he would also probably like a bike and a swing set!
