Kaelin is a handsome boy with an outgoing personality! He came into care as a baby. Kaelin has a CHD (VSD) that had not been repaired as of 2014. He has been with a foster family since 2008, and has been well cared for since that time. He is close to his foster brother and sister, and enjoys playing games with them. He likes to read, and gets along well with his classmates. Kaelin is a bright boy who is active, obedient, and very social! He is waiting for a family of his own. Kaelin is a great kid, loved by those who know him, and will certainly be a wonderful addition to your family!
