Jolie

This is sweet and silly Jolie. Jolie loves to watch cartoons, but her favorite thing to do is to play outside. It is estimated that she was born in March 2013. Jolie has some developmental delays related to Down syndrome. But she doesn’t let that slow her down. Jolie is described as active, lively and restless. She walks and runs just like other four year olds. She also navigates stairs on her own and climbs all over the furniture at home. Jolie can follow simple directions, such as “bring that ball over here”. She speaks simple words such as mama, baba (dad), gege (big brother), and chichi (eat). She also knows how to communicate her needs and desires. For example, if her foster father is going for a ride on his scooter, she will stand in front of it so that he knows she wants to go with him.
