Sweet little Jocelyn is gentle and quiet and a too-cute sweetheart who is about to turn TWO! She likes it when the caretaker cuddles or teases her. She can play with toys and likes watching her hands. She will smile at you when she is happy and she is generally good spirited. Jocelyn has been receiving rehabilitation training and after her first month of training, she could turn over and search for toys and control her head when her body is propped with her elbows. Jocelyn is living in a foster family and is diagnosed as having Down Syndrome and CHD. In November of 2016, she had a VSD repair, ligation of PDA, PFO (patent foramen ovale) closure, and tricuspid plasty. Agency staff have met Jocelyn multiple times.

Her current agency has a $5000 grant available for her adoptions. They have many photos and videos available, as well as additional information!
