Elliot came into care when he was about one year old. He receives physical therapy and can now walk unsteadily without help. He wears a walking aid. He can understand instructions and speaks in single words. Elliot can use a spoon to eat his meals and is cooperative when playing games. Elliot is an active little boy who is very fond of playing with the other children. The agency has new video!
