Diagnosis: Polymalformative syndrome. Neurofibromatosis type I (benign). congenital heart failure  – severe membrane-type subaortic stenosis; mild aortic insufficiency; left ventricular hypertrophy. Condition after surgical treatment. Congenital laryngeal stridor – omega epiglottis. Chronic tonsillar hypertrophy.

Eamon had heart surgery in October 2023 to repair his heart.

Eamon has age appropriate gross motor skills. His fine motor skills are also well developed. He can draw a sun, man and a tree upon request. He can name all of the children in his group and also knows the name of all the staff that works at the orphanage. He engages in role playing games. He helps with the younger children in his group. He performs “chores”: brings items to staff ,wipes up surfaces, fills containers, etc. He understands object permanence. He matches nouns to objects. He watches children’s movies and asks appropriate questions. He memorizes songs and nursery rhythms. Identifies animals and the sounds they make. He can county to 12. He understands cause/effect relationships and plays symbolic games such as hide and seek. He can engage in a reciprocal conversation. He will ask questions and waits for an answer. He can identify parts of the body.
