Sweet Cyndi doesn’t let her diagnosis keep her down. She likes getting cuddles from her caregivers and is a very happy little girl. Cyndi’s caregivers say that she is a cutie that likes to babble a lot. Her current agency is trying to get an update since her file is a bit outdated.
