Charley came into care when he was almost two years old. Charley is an active little guy with a good appetite. He can dress himself, including buttoning and unbuttoning his jacket. He speaks short sentences of 2-3 words and can point to his eyes, ears, nose, and other body parts if asked. Charley has a ready smile and his favorite thing to do is to play with his friends.
