Brandt loves riding bikes and playing soccer and plays for the soccer team at his school. His caregivers describe him as a cheerful child who is talkative and very sweet He attends 1st grade and his favorite class is where they learn the ABC’s. He is not a fan of coloring or drawing and when he doesn’t like an activity at school, he prefers to go to the bathroom and clean. He is calm and loving with other children and he enjoys social activities and helping with chores.

Brandt needs a prospective adoptive family with excellent educational resources including ESL support, and a good understanding of developmental trauma, institutionalization and older child adoption. He needs a family that is open to some unknowns.
