Lizzie and Luna are sisters who have been in and out of care since they were little. Lizzie is the older sister and is described as shy and reserved. Lizzie enjoys dancing and watching cartoons. When asked what she wants to be when she grows up she says “to be a veterinarian and take care of animals”. Her little sister Luna is described to a bit more extroverted and social. Luna enjoys dancing, playing pretend kitchen, and playing with her dolls. The sisters love to go on outings with their foster family, watch movies and play games.

The girls have a history of abuse/trauma.  More information available from the agency for serious inquiries.  Both sisters are reportedly in overall good physical health. Due to their previous unstable life environment, Lizzie and Luna are behind in school. However, it is reported that since being enrolled in school, they are showing progress! Both girls struggle with behavior issues. Their foster mother is working with them to address these problems. An ideal family for Lizzie and Luna should be understanding of older child adoption and accepting of the unknowns in their life. An adoptive family for these girls should have ready access to the education, medical, and behavioral resources they potentially will require in order to reach their full life potential.

$27.00 has been donated towards the cost of my adoption!
