Agency staff met Quinn in November 2017 and said she responded to voices and her name, followed moving objects with her eyes and searched for dropped objects. In addition to having a few words she could communicate with gestures to express her wants/needs. She was able to maintain eye contact and was said to be a good sleeper. She was living with a foster family and had a 6 year old foster brother.
Quinnlee is described as a very active and inquisitive, happy girl.
