Oakley was about 2.5 months old when he came into care. His caretakers describe him as active and restless. When he is happy he will smile at everyone. Oakley is said to understand the caretakers commonly used instructions. He wakes up at 7:00 am and will crawl to the other beds around him to wake the others up so they can play with him. Oakley has a strong imitating ability and likes cartoons and listening to music. His speech is often unclear, but that doesn’t stop him from interacting and talking with people. Oakley has a good appetite and eats a variety of foods. His report states that Oakley “has been living in the institute for 3 years;every one likes this adorable and naughty child;we sincerely hope that he will soon have a happy family and will always have bright smiles” Are you the lucky family who will get to see those adorable bright smiles every day?
