There are brothers or sisters Birth Date: January 2008 Gender: Female Nature: Calm   Look at this little pixie doll!   Truly a beautiful child!      Maria is a typical little girl.  She does not have a heart condition.  She has "pancreatitis" in her medical records, but outside of that, she is growing and developing well.  She will do wonderful in a family.

Brothers and sisters no Date of Birth: September 17, 2007 Gender: Female Eyes: Brown Hair: brown Nature: cheerful, helpful, social    This muffin has a cargiver who loves her dearly.  When they learned of the possibility of finding a family for her, they were so happy and offered the following info about her:  "Maria is very friendly and in her group she helps the caregiver to give the food to children, like they give her cookies, for instance, and say please put to everybody and she does it. If she has one cookie she would divide it into pieces to give to all the people around."   From our facilitator:  Maria was born from a socially strong family, the both parents were highly educated, not too young, they were in registered marriage. The parents were just not able to overcome the fact of appearance of a child with DS. Maria has also had heart problems, and she has had a surgery, which has solved them. Now she is functioning well.   Also she has had problems with intestinal tract and she has had the surgery, which was also successful.     I have $40in my grant fund towards the cost of my adoption!

Maxim--region 15 Boy, Born 2002   Oh, how this little boy melts my heart!  Just look at his smile!  He is very high functioning, and will do very well in a lvoing family environment.  He has been blessed to grow up in a baby house and privately run home for children with special needs, and he has been LOVED.  He has many advocates and volunteers who love him dearly, and have asked us to please help him find a family!   It is possible he has Mosaic Down syndrome.   We are waiting on his full medical records.   But he is very healthy, active, social...just a love!!   From his caregivers and friends:   "Expectant parents need to prepare for Maxim difficulties and learn to accept it for what it is: hooligan, a little jealous, but very good-natured and charming.   Maxim respectable hoodlum, may, for example, to climb into adult shoes (larger size, the merrier) and enthusiastically stomping down the corridor until you catch up.   Loves to joke.    In its immediacy and sunny smile forgiven all hooliganism.   Given his state of health, Maxim has good prospects for further development.   He can not speak, but communicates well with the world through gestures and some of the sounds, knows the names of colors and geometric shapes, animal names, colors, fruits and vegetables, loves to play around with toys, loves being read poems and fairy tales.  Maxim is very housewifely, helps with cleaning.   He needs a home where it will and will love.   And it is impossible not to love.   Please contact Andrea for more information   I am eligible for an OLDER CHILD grant

Daniel--region 15 Boy, Born 2001   Daniel (blonde boy in this photo) is just a love bug.  He is so affectionate, and so desires the attentions of others.   All of the children in his orphange adore him and include him.   There are many typical children there as well, and they all include Daniel and love him.    He does seem to have a cleft lip, but it may have been repaired.  We are waiting on his medical information.   From his advocates and friends:  "  Danya - darling of the orphanage. Senior nursing him as a plush toy. The attention of others, sometimes excessive, Danka demolishes fortitude. It can be any number of hands, squeezed, it brings him joy. Daniel stranger, it's like an alien from another planet. Perhaps, for example, be frozen in the middle of the room and gaze for hours in space, while moving his lips, fingers fingering the air, smiling. With whom he has conversations that he sees? It is not clear. The world around Danyu frustrating. If he is forced to return to reality, he may cry, or just sits moping until the dreams do not come back again. "   It is hard to know what is that causes Daniel to separate from other sometimes, but he is so affectionate and friendly, maybe he just needs down time.  Reece is very much like that too.       Please contact Andrea for more information   I am eligible for an OLDER CHILD grant

Kolya--region 15 Boy, Born 2000     From his advocates and friends:  " Kolya - very delicate and sensitive child who catches every touch, every word or a smile. He may long to sit next to a nice man and just hold hands, enjoying the warmth. Kolya - special in every sense of the child. He will never be like other children, but this does not negate his ability to enjoy the outside world and bring joy to others. Kolya helpful, helps nurse to collect clothes, toys, clean room. He said not much and indiscriminately, but to understand it is quite possible. He has a good memory. Kolya knows the names of geometric shapes, animals, plants, likes to listen to reading, to collect and puzzles to bother with the designers. Parents need to appreciate their strength, because they need the support of Kolya throughout life.
