This beautiful little girl was born with no legs and seemingly only stubs for arms.    She does NOT have Down syndrome.  We are hoping for more photos and medical info about her, but she will clearly remain bedridden in an institution the rest of her life if she does not find an adoptive family.  She is already 6 years old and living in the institution.
