The agency will provide prospective adoptive parents Kaden's medical, social history, birth certificate, etc. files.

Look who is back! Love this little munchkin!
John Mark was listed previously — and he's eligible again for adoption! He has Down syndrome.
From a missionary who met John Mark, fall 2011:
I cannot brag about this little man enough. First of all he has the most beautiful red hair and blue eyes. Second of all, he is developing very very well. He plays with toys. He is very interactive. The only times I ever played with him were when he was sick and in the hospital, yet he was as happy as can be! He also appeared to be teething one of the days, as he was trying to gnaw on my hospital gown, but again it didn't take the smile off of his face! One day while we were visiting with him the door opened and three nurses came in just to play with him for a minute while they were on break. They told us he was their favorite patient! Man did he love having 5 girls' full attention! He stole my heart, and I know he would steal yours too!! He will make an absolutely wonderful son for somebody!!!

Corban's physical capacity and mental development are delayed comparatively, due to his Down syndrome. As he grows older he has learned to roll over, crawl, stand by holding onto supports and walk by holding onto rails. Now he can walk forward with one of his hands led, he can distinguish familiar people and strangers. Seeing familiar people he can smile and greet them. He knows to be cooperative when dressed, give the clothes when asked, is a lovely little boy.
Corban is gentle, quiet, has a ready smile. He has Down syndrome, but it does not influence his happy life. He likes to play with toys, listen to music, can wave arms following rhythms which looks very adorable. He is willing to play games with kids, likes toys making sound, will laugh aloud when playing happily. Seeing strangers he will cry noisily because of being unfamiliar with them in the beginning. He can play with you gradually, is integrated into the games you bring to him, is a sensible good child!
Full social history and medical records available. Single moms permitted, no more than 6 children at home, only one parent has to travel.

Brand new baby boy! It's not often we get to list one so young! Isn't he a little doll!?
He has Down syndrome and a heart defect – a defect of the chamber divider, but surgery is not recommended. He also has issues with his eyes crossing.
So glad to have multiple photos of Xander, what a sweetie! He can sit unassisted, he pulls himself up to standing position while holding on. He is always in good mood but not very active. He explores the environment with his eyes. He takes a toy given to him and holds it for a while. Vocalizes.
Robert is just up from his nap — and look how bright-eyed he is! He has a couple of little teeth peeking out on the bottom, too
He has Down syndrome and a patent foramen ovale – which is a small hole between the chambers of the heart. This is common in childhood, and often closes without any medical intervention.
These children are blessed to be in an excellent orphanage, however this region typically requires 3 trips. This is a great orphanage and the children receive excellent care, and there is minimal travel in-country. This orphanage is close to the Capital city, so it's fantastic for sight-seeing.
We have had many successful adoptions from this orphanage, and families are willing to share their experiences.
Trey is a darling little boy in dire need of a family. He was his mother's first child, delivered at 36 weeks. Cognitively he is developing well, he is very attentive, smiley, and affectionate. Medically, he is in urgent need of care.

Tranquil character
I just LOVE this little boy! There is something so snuggly about him, he is aching for a mother of his own.
Darby was born with Down syndrome and a congenital craniofacial disorder. Last November, he had his first surgery which led to a huge improvement in his growth and development. Darby is an active and curious toddler. In those few months since the surgery, he started sitting and crawling well, and is now able to spend a lot of time playing with toys. To continue to grow and develop, Darby really needs a loving family!
Update, Sept 2011: Darby is expected to have an additional plastic surgery in the next few years. He is developing within the range of his age group, and has no health issues. He was born from the healthy parents and inherited very good health. Darby is a very kind and friendly boy; he likes to play with other kids and share the toys.
Love listing these new little ones! This little sweetheart has an urgent heart condition that needs attention. He also has anemia and "protein-energy malnutrition". He would greatly benefit from a loving family and a good nutrition! Turner also has an umbilical hernia (very common in children with Down syndrome like him).
The orphanage director caring for Turner calls often, wondering if we have found a family for him yet. Please help us find his forever family quickly!
