Program Details:

• Married couples: Must be married a minimum of 1 year. Program prefers that couples be married for at least 5 years, but exceptions can be made. Previous divorces are permitted. Single women can be accepted on a case by case basis.
• There must be a 20 year age difference between parents and the child that they wish to adopt. Ideally, parents should be between the ages of 25-50, but parents over 50 will be considered on a case by case basis.
• Travel requirements: One trip of 4-7 days. Only one parent has to travel. However, if only one parent travels, the child will enter on an IR-4 visa and readoption in the US will be required for citizenship. If both parents travel, the child enters on an IR-3 visa and citizenship is automatic upon arrival in the US.
• Cost varies depending on the severity of the child’s special needs: $18,000-$26,000 (siblings)
