This blonde haired boy is ready to come home! He is 5 1/2 and already transferred   He is HEALTHY, with no noted heart conditions.  Spencer is physically capable and active, and should be in kindergarten, not a mental institution!

Spencer can be adopted with BRENT, who is in urgent need of a family as well.   Married couples only.  No family size or parental age restrictions.  Travel is required.
