Present diagnoses: Down Syndrome, undetermined mental deficiency, congenital heart disease,  circulatory deficiency (Sophie receives Captopril ), both-sided congenital cataract, congenital glottic spasm (stridor), both-sided enlargement of renal pelvis, perinatal hypoxic-ishemic  affection of central nervous system, delay in physical development
