Multiple malformative syndrome – spina bifida non-aperta, hydrocephalus, left-sided renal hypoplasia, Megatsist, Hypotrophy, underdeveloped right lower limb.

Sierra moves around by crawling, sitting, stands up alone to a rigid support and moves around it. The child climbing steadily on a bench and sofa, and sits on them. She walks after mobile support. For long distance she uses a wheelchair alone.

Quickly memorizes. She focuses, when perceiving stories deepens in the process of productive and practical activity. She is sociable, interacts with children and adults. She adequately responds to positive emotional influences. She observes the culture of behavior and used polite forms –”have a nice day”, “nice holiday”, “good night” and others. Comes into contact with strangers and can have a conversation with them. In her games reflects the surrounding life and gets into roles – likes to be a “teacher” of other children.

Her development is delayed regarding motor development due to severe malformative syndrome. The anthropometric indicators for weight and height are of the lower limit of normal for age. She is sociable with good emotional tone. She needs of special medical care as a child with multiple malformations. She has been consulted an orthopedist from the Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology in 2012, concluded that malformations are inoperable.

Sierra is a very smiley and radiant girl. Her speech is well developed. She is very friendly. She attends school and she is very studious. Bright child! Very friendly!

Sierra really wants to have a family and has a chance for better life with love and attention of loving parents.
