Main diagnosis: Down Syndrome. Strabimus.
Shannon had an inter-chamber heart defect that was surgically corrected in 2008. She has received follow-up heart check-ups.

Shannon has already been transfered to a mental institution!

Shannon is described as affectionate and eager to interact with her peers. She plays with toys & seeks adult interaction. She eats with a spoon and drinks from a cup. She attends day care with her typically developing peers each day in the local village.
