Tracie is 6 years old now.  She is waiting for her forever family.  Tracie is blessed to be in a good boarding school for children with special needs, not the adult institution.    She has vision issues and CP.   Tracie is described as friendly and affectionate.

 

Single moms ok, married couples preferred.   No more than 4 children at home, and no more than 2 already with special needs.  Travel required, no criminal or mental health history permitted.

Tracie’s grant of $35.00 has been gifted to Tessa.
