ALEXEI for Thomas and Kat –

Five weeks from traveling to their son, Thomas and Kat received a call no parent wants to get.  Jonathan (previously Sasha) had passed away.  Their son, previously non-mobile/nonverbal now runs singing across meadows and streets of gold.  Their son is with Jesus.  They now have nine children, one is in Heaven.

The journey with Jonathan is complete.  He IS their 9th child and he is with Jesus, the goal they have for all their children.  They have now started the next journey to their 10th child.  Some of you may know him as Alexei, but they know him as Benjamin Alexei Jonathan (after his little brother in Heaven).  He is a “Lost Boy”.

Their family has already grown by one (precious Jonathan) and is now growing by two.

They have now traveled to meet Benjamin, but due to holidays in Benjamin’s country, they will have to make several trips.  They travel around the 20th of May for their court date.  Though they were fully funded, because of the extra trip, they now need approximately $3000.

When asked if they would do it all over again, their reply was this.  “Yes, we were (and are) thankful to have the chance to love Jonathan and look forward to holding him in Heaven.  Our blessings have doubled…two precious sons…how could we ask for more?  This world is temporary.  We will all be together again.”
