Vera is going on 7 years old, and she is waiting for her forever family.  Additional medical info may be available from the agency partner.  She is described as active, cheerful, sociable, and friendly.   Reconstructive surgery could change her entire life.

Victor is nearly 5 years old, and described as sluggish, shy, and quiet.

The children have some developmental delays.  Everyone would love to see these 2 adopted together!  They have older siblings who have already been adopted.

Vera and Victor’s grant of $67.50 has been gifted to Mason and Madison.
