Sergey most likely has CP.   He is tube fed and seems to have significant hearing loss.  He is significantly delayed, but has a chance to truly blossom in a loving family who understands his needs and can help him achieve his true potential!    Sergey is SO beautiful, and if we can find a family for him quickly, should not have to spend one second in a mental institution.   He is still warm and well cared for…  Single moms welcome, great region to adopt from!
