Boy, born November 2009

Handsome Arthur has fetal alcohol syndrome.  Brown hair and bright blue eyes.   He is able to walk and understand simple everyday instructions.   He imitates behavior and learns through repetition.  He does have short-term focus and attention span, which is consistent with most children with FAS.   He will truly benefit from an established routine and lots of patience!
Arthur is already 3 1/2 and will face the institution next year.  Hope we can find his forever family!   Single moms welcome, great region to adopt in!  Additional medical and social history may be available through the agency.
