Savannah
Girl, born October 2004
Congenital malformation of the nervous system: spina bifida (lumbosacral), condition after liquor-shunting (spinal fluid shunts); flail legs.
Look at how STUNNING Savannah’s blue eyes are. Incredible that she has kept so much life in them, stuck in a crib all day long.
From someone who met Savannah in 2012: Savannah is just absolutely precious. She spends her days in bed, and does not appear to understand toys. She is much like a baby both in size and in her abilities. She does appear to enjoy receiving attention, and holding adults’ fingers. She has the ability to move her legs at least a little bit. She has either severe reflux, or she ruminates. I feel with love and attention she would really blossom.
$10.00 is available towards the cost of my adoption!
