Boy, born January 2001
This young man has mild spina bifida. He is able to walk, and run and fully care for himself. His right foot is turned outwards and may need surgery in the future. His condition affects him in no other ways.
He is attending his last year of primary school where his results are considered average and have improved recently. Zion is living in a community group home and is doing well in that community. In the past he was in foster care, but when he was disrupted from the family he was emotional and found it difficult. Slowly his heart has been healing, it is believed that he would do even better in a loving family that was stable and consistent and forever.
He only has just over 2 years till he is no longer eligible for adoption, so finding a family for him is urgent.
