Jack is a little boy whose mother chose adoption because of financial difficulty. He was premature at birth and suffers from cerebral palsy. His expressive communications are delayed due to poor motor development and visual defect, but he has been showing great progress in his speech therapy. Jack needs a loving family to care for him and meet his needs.
