Weston is a sweet boy who has been diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He has been diagnosed with moderate physical and mental disabilities. He has been enrolled in early intervention education programs and motor rehabilitation courses. When Weston was two years old he lived with a Nanny who was able to provide amazing care. He formed a strong attachment to her and she was able to provide him with the rehabilitation training needed. Due to the birth family’s inability to pay the Nanny, Weston was transferred to a nursing home. The nursing home was not able to properly meet his needs so he was transferred to a new home.

Weston needs a loving family to care for him and help him reach his full potential!
