Boy, born 08/11/07
Cole is a sweet little boy in need of a loving home. He has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. He stopped taking medication because he has had not had a seizure since October 2008. In July 2008, he was diagnosed with developmental delays. He receives various rehabilitation therapies twice a week and early prevention in home therapy once a week. In August 2010, it was reported that he would sometimes cry or say short syllables, he could lift his hands but couldn’t grasp, he was unable to stand on his feet, he was not able to sit or turnover, he had difficulty focusing on objects and that he needed assistance eating (i.e. have the bottle held). It was also reported that his neck was able to hold his head up and that he could trace near objects with slow movement. Cole likes to be hugged and he prefers milk. He is picky when it comes to eating, but he is always happy to eat chocolate flavored candies!
