Chasen was  abandoned outside of a church. He has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy and receives occupation therapy and physical therapy. He was also born with epilepsy and is unable to stand or walk needing a pushchair to get around. Chasen has improved the stiffness in his body and gained weight. This beautiful boy needs a forever family to love and help him in his daily rehabilitation.
