Michael is an adorable little boy who was born premature at 37 weeks. His birth mother used heroin, superglue and sleeping pills during her pregnancy. Michael was hospitalized for several weeks after his birth and was diagnosed with neonatal abstinence syndrome and epilepsy. He was taking medication for his epilepsy, but was expected to stop taking the medication by November 2010. He has been diagnosed with Laryngomalacia and had a supraglottoplasty performed in February 2010. He has also been diagnosed with Microcephaly and motor development delay. Michael enjoys playing with toys and looking for a loving forever family.
