Diagnoses:  Spina bifida, Medullispinal hernia, after surgery
Hydrocephalus in easy stage in compensation stage, this diagnosis is improving

Gwenivere can stand and can speak. the girl is very good and has good prognoses for the future.  She already had 2 surgeries.  The director of her orphanage wants Gwenivere to be adopted by a foreign family because she understands the girl may get good medical help.

Gwenivere has a brother born 2010 in the same orphanage.  We do not have a picture of him at this time.  The boy is healthy and looks like Gwenivere, and they can be adopted together.  Separation in this region is possible — we very much want to see these children adopted TOGETHER, however, it’s very likely the brother may be adopted domestically as he is healthy.
