The nature of the restless
Diagnosis: Hydrocehalus, head size normal. He had surgery on his feet in 2008 and will possibly need another surgery as well as physical and occupational therapy to begin to walk. He can’t get this help in his orphanage and needs a family to come adopt him!

This little guy is 4 years old and is doing very well in the orphanage!  He is described as very calm and has a good sense of humor. His little laugh is said to be very contagious. He is described as overall very happy. He plays with other children in the orphanage and is willing to share his toys. His speech is well developed he is able to use all parts of speech (noun, verb, adjective ect.) and speak in simple and complex sentences. He is able to answer questions about fairy tales and stories that are read to him. He also knows some of the words to his favorite books. He also knows the words to some songs.

He is able to play by himself for long periods of time. He plays imaginary games as well as playing with his toys. He knows his colors, shapes and sizes (i.e. big, small). He is right handed and can hold a pencil and a paint brush. He also likes to play with play-dough.

He can not walk independently but he moves with an adult or a walker. He can crawl, he can stand alone at the table and in his crib. He can climb up and down the stairs without the help of adults.
