KATIE and LUKE for the Bernard family — CA
Paul and Shecki have 7 biological children, and one adopted from China. Their oldest son is grown and in the Air Force, and their next three children are in high school. They are adopting another little girl from China with limb differences similar to their daughter, Hannah’s, and a little boy with delays.
Paul is a firefighter, and they were counting on his overtime to help fund their adoption. But he broke his shoulder and was off for several weeks while it healed.
