VICTORIA for the Stephens family — UT
Quin and Whitney have been happily married for nearly 12 years. They are the proud parents of three amazing children, ages 8, 5, and 2. They thought their family was complete, but their eyes were opened to the plight of special needs children waiting for their forever families a little over a year ago as a friend adopted through Reece’s Rainbow. They knew in their hearts at that time that some day they would be the family one of these beautiful children was looking for. They feel the time is right to take this leap of faith and welcome all who wish to join them in their journey as they race to rescue their baby girl, whom they hope to name Meg!
