ANDREW and OLIVER for the Spivey family — GA

Rick and Lynn S have been married 9 years.  They met when Rick took his three black labs in to his veterinarian and had to see the “new” doctor.  One of those labs, Kasey, developed cancer and sadly passed away after several surgeries and chemotherapy, but by then, a pretty serious friendship had developed. Rick and Lynn both wanted to home school, wanted a large family, and once they were married, found that their faith in the Lord was growing, together. They now have 4 children, from 2 to 7 years old.  Their 7yo is gifted in music and reading, and their 5yo is the little scientist.  Her “experiments” cover the house!  Miss 2 is a princess and keeps everyone laughing!  Their 4yo son, the only boy so far, loves farming and tractors, and he is thrilled that the whole family has moved back to Lynn’s birthplace, a historic 6th generation pecan farm.  All the children enjoy the wide open spaces, sunshine, and the raised bed gardens, fruit orchards, and vineyard Rick has planted and maintains.  Being a veterinarian, Lynn couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get a few critters….the children have pet goats, chickens, ducks, doves, farm dogs, and one visually impaired rescue cat who rules the garden.
